Growing up, books were our world. Every night, our parents read to us, and on road trips, we devoured audiobooks. We dreamt of the worlds we read about, first from the brilliant mind of Roald Dahl, then getting lost in the pages of Harry Potter and Percy Jackson. As we got older, Agatha Christie and her characters became our favorites. Especially Detective Hercule Poirot.
Our childhood and now adulthood has revolved around the world of books. Always on the lookout for a new world to discover and a new favorite to share. It was inevitable that we’d want to share our passion with others. Eventually, we started talking about opening a bookshop together, and considering our shared love for good food, it would, of course, be a book cafe. What started as a dream is now our reality.
